40 Acre Work - Out, Chandler, AZ (Project Management)
A group of Alberta, Canada investors approached Resland
to assist them in getting out of 40 acres of raw land they had held
for many years. We assisted them in obtaining the approvals required
for subdivision and development and in selling the project to a
Builder. The approvals added considerable value to the lands and
helped the Owner group move from a loss to profit scenario.
D.R. Horton, Preoria, AZ (Land Bank)
D.R. Horton (one of the largest public builders in
the USA) asked our group to buy and hold a parcel of land for them
while they obtained a required re-zoning for their proposed project.
Our investors return on their invested capital was approximately
18% annualized.
